By accessing the service, you will be acknowledging your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Cigna Global Wellbeing Solutions Limited are wholly owned by Cigna Corporation under company number 3870738 with its registered offices at 13th Floor, 5 Aldermanbury Square, London EC2V 7HR, United Kingdom.
Our Service
The Service incorporates all content on this Site and the services we offer through it, including any health management, assessments and coaching, which are designed and intended to be used as an interactive information resource to help you make appropriate
lifestyle and well-being choices. This is not a health screening service nor is this Site designed to provide specific medical advice, diagnosis or treatment in any individual case.If you are eligible for coaching services then your coach will be
licensed or suitably qualified in the country where they practice. You should always seek the advice of your doctor or a licensed medical or health practitioner in your jurisdiction if you have any physical or mental health concerns and before embarking
on any new lifestyle or exercise regime or in the event you require medical or health-related information. Cigna Global Wellbeing Solutions Limited disclaims any and all liability for injuries or damage caused to you as a result of your failure to
consult a licensed medical or health practitioner.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our Service. By registering to use our Service and ticking the box at the bottom of this page, you are agreeing to abide by these Terms & Conditions. You may need to complete the registration process
to be able to access our Service.
Revocation and Suspension
We may immediately revoke or suspend your right to use the Service and access the Site without any liability to you in the following circumstances:
- if our agreement with your employer or service provider to provide you with access to the Service is terminated or otherwise comes to an end;
- if you are in breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- if we need to carry out maintenance of the Service or Site;
- if your employer or service provider so requests it for any reason; or
- if we are unable to provide the Service due to any circumstances beyond our control.
Registration and Provision of Information
If you register to use our Service you will be asked to provide us with information about yourself. This information will be collected and used in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms
& Conditions, and you agree that we may process the information you provide in the ways and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
In return for the opportunity to use our Service, you agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete information about yourself upon registration and at all other times and to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Password
You may be required to create an account and provide us with your e-mail address, which will be used by us to identify you, and create a password. If no email address exists we will create an email-style login for you. You are responsible for the security
and proper use of your password. You must ensure that you keep your password safe and secure and that you keep it confidential and do not disclose it to anyone. You will be responsible for all activities which occur under your account. It is your

Automated Processing
As part of the Service, you will be able to complete various surveys or tests online to measure different aspects of your lifestyle. The results of these tests or surveys are produced on an automated basis using aggregated statistical information giving
generalised results for typical or average cases and are not in any way to be taken as a definitive diagnosis, advice or recommendation in any particular case. You shall be solely responsible for any decision you make and action you take based on
such results. If you object to such results being produced on an automated basis you will be unable to use the Service.
E-mail Correspondence
As part of the Service, we may send you e-mails on various matters, including technical support, health & well-being encouragement and encouragement to use the Service. We will not include sensitive personal data about you in these emails.
You may e-mail us with technical support queries about the Service and to give us feedback on the Service by clicking here. However,
please note that we are unable to respond to e-mails on any other issues and cannot guarantee that your e-mails will be secure from interception by third parties. You should always refrain from including sensitive personal data in your e-mails. You
agree we will not be liable for any unauthorised interception of your e-mails.

We may provide links to other websites or resources as a convenience to you but we do not endorse nor are we responsible for the contents of such websites. We do not warrant that those websites are free from viruses, trojans, worms or other harmful or

- App usage data;

We and our service providers may collect Other Data in a variety of ways, including:
- Through your use of the App. When you download and use the App, we and our service providers may track and collect App usage data, such as the date and time the App on your device accesses our servers and what information and files have been downloaded to the App based on your device number.
- Using cookies & similar technologies. We will process cookies and similar technologies data in accordance with our Cookies & Similar Technologies Policy available here.
- IP Address. Your IP address is automatically assigned to your computer or other device by your Internet Service Provider. An IP address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user accesses the Services, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that were visited. Collecting IP addresses is standard practice and is done automatically by many websites, applications and other services. We use IP addresses for purposes such as calculating usage levels, diagnosing server problems and administering the Services. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address. When using certain functions via a Cigna mobile application, we may use your location information if your mobile device uses global positioning system (“GPS”) technology, trackers or other location tools, if you allow your device to provide this information to the mobile application.
We may use and disclose Other Data for any purpose, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law. In some instances, we may combine Other Data with Personal Data. If we do, we will treat the combined data as Personal Data for as long as they are combined.
6. With whom does Cigna share my Personal Data?
Cigna will share your Personal Data with the following recipients:
- Cigna affiliates. We share your Personal Data with Cigna's affiliates for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. To view a list of our affiliates and their locations, please contact us using the contact details noted in the “Contact Us” section (Section 13) below.
- Trusted third party service providers, to facilitate services they provide to us. These can include providers of services such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, auditing, and other services.
- Asset purchasers and business transitions. In the event Cigna goes through a business transition, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition by another company, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings), users’ Personal Data will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.
- Law enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, government authorities as necessary or appropriate, especially when we have a legal obligation or legitimate interest to do so. This may be necessary to comply with applicable law and regulations (including laws outside your country of residence), to respond to a regulatory or law enforcement request/orders, or to provide the information to appropriate authorities that we believe is important.

Cigna seeks to take appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures to safeguard and protect your Personal Data. We use a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication where required, to maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Data. We store your Personal Data on systems behind firewalls that are only accessible to a limited number of persons, each of whom is required to keep the information confidential.
Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us by using the contact details given in section 13 below.
Cigna employees, agents, and contractors who have access to Personal Data are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Notice, and may not use the data for any purpose other than those described in this Privacy Notice.

In addition, we are not responsible for the information collection, use, disclosure or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including with respect to any Personal Data you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the Apps or our Social Media Pages

Determining the period of time for which information must be retained is important to Cigna in order to ensure that the information is not kept beyond its useful life unnecessarily but at the same time complying with any relevant legal requirements.
The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
- The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide the Services to you (for example, for as long as you have an account with us or keep using the Services);
- Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them); or
- Whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations).

MODERN SLAVERY ACT STATEMENT
Statement on behalf of Cigna in the UK for the financial year ending December 31, 2021
1. Introduction
As a major global provider of insurance and other solutions to improve the health, well-being and sense of security of our customers, Cigna is committed to acting as a responsible corporate citizen and supporting fundamental human rights. It recognises its part in combating all forms of forced labour, slavery and human trafficking. 2. Structure
Cigna in the UK conducts its business through a number of different companies, namely Cigna Insurance Services (Europe) Limited, Cigna Life Insurance Company of Europe S.A.-N.V., UK branch, Cigna Europe Insurance Company S.A.-N.V., UK branch, Cigna European Services (UK) Limited and Cigna Global Wellbeing Solutions Limited. This statement is made on behalf of all those companies.
3. Our Employment Practices
Cigna is committed to treating all its employees with respect and protecting their human rights, dignity and security in the workplace. We operate a suite of policies and safeguards to ensure employees are treated fairly and have the opportunity to raise any grievances or concerns, and have them investigated impartially. When we recruit, we work only with reputable agencies and conduct rigorous pre-employment checks. We operate a compensation and benefits processes which ensure the salaries we pay are reviewed annually, benchmarked against the wider market and represent fair remuneration for the effort and commitment shown by our teams on a daily basis.
Cigna operates non-retaliation policies which ensure that staff can raise concerns about ethical or other matters in good faith without fear of suffering adverse consequences.
The benefits and rights available to Cigna staff are detailed and easily accessible on our Staff Intranet site, and our Human Resources Department is available to advise all employees and address any concerns that they may have concerning their employment.
4. Our Supply Chain
Where we operate as a purchaser of goods or services we expect a high level of ethical conduct from our suppliers. We incorporate a Supplier Code of Ethics into our supplier relationships which, among other matters, requires respect for human rights and prohibits the use of forced labour by our suppliers. Cigna operates a rigorous Global Procurement & Third Party Management process, which involves risk-assessing our proposed suppliers, conducting proportionate due diligence in relation to them, ensuring that contracts which comprise all the terms Cigna requires are entered into by them, and conducting appropriate monitoring and audit during the ongoing relationship with the supplier. Our supplier risk assessment processes include a third party ESG evaluation process, which includes elements of labour practices, for key suppliers with plans to expand the program in the future.
5. Our Ethics Helpline
Cigna prescribes a Code of Ethics which applies to all of its companies and staff around the world. Cigna staff have a variety of methods by which they can escalate concerns about breaches of the Code, or any other matters, including through their line management and local compliance officers. Cigna also operates and promotes its Ethics Helpline, which is a channel for staff to raise any concerns they have about Code breaches or other ethical issues anonymously. All reports to the Ethics Helpline are investigated independently and confidentially by our Corporate Audit Department.
